These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://koalaclothco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

KoalaCloth is a trade name used by Clarte Contabilidade LTDA. koalaclothco.com is the only website operated by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any other company or website.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 or over. You may place an order from any country to which we offer delivery at checkout. Available destinations and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Products and pricing

All products sold on the Site are KoalaCloth-branded cleaning products. Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in colour, texture or packaging may occur. Product descriptions are provided in good faith; we make no claim that our products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

4. Orders and formation of contract

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping

Processing time is 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold depend on the destination region and on the order value, and are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. 6. Returns and refunds

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Full conditions and the procedure are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer right that applies to you under the law of your country of residence.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, product names and layout — is owned by Clarte Contabilidade LTDA or used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission. Any third-party trade marks that may be referenced remain the property of their respective owners; such references, where they occur, are descriptive only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for maintenance, updates, or to address technical or legal issues.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the Judicial District of São Luís, State of Maranhão, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that grant you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts.
