When you order from KoalaCloth you are backed by the KoalaCare Guarantee.

What is included

1. Priority support. A question or a problem with your order? Email support@koalaclothco.com and we reply within 1–2 business days.

2. 30-day returns. You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, under our Refund Policy.

3. Manufacturing defect cover. If your KoalaCloth arrives with a major defect or shows a production fault within the first 30 days, we will replace it or refund it.
