Shipping Policy
1. Processing time
Orders are reviewed, quality-checked and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or public holidays.
3. Shipping cost and free shipping
Shipping cost and free-shipping eligibility depend on your delivery region and on your order value. The exact amount that applies to your order is calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment, once you enter your delivery address. Current rates:
- Australia: US$6.99 flat rate on orders up to US$44.99, and free shipping on orders of US$45 or more.
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and other available destinations: US$6.99 flat rate, free on orders of US$60 or more.
There is no separate handling fee. Any import duties or taxes are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and where they apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Where we ship from
We ship through our international fulfilment partners. Depending on your location, your order may be dispatched from a warehouse outside your country.
5. Tracking
Every order is dispatched with tracking. Use the link in your dispatch email, or our Track Your Order page.
6. Incorrect address, failed or lost deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further shipping charge. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
