About KoalaCloth
We believe cleaning should be simple, effective and free of unnecessary chemicals — especially in the one room that never seems to stay clean: the bathroom. KoalaCloth was built to solve a problem nearly every household knows too well: shower screens, windows and glass covered in streaks, watermarks and that stubborn cloudy film that sprays and scrubbing pads never quite beat.
Who we are and how we operate
KoalaCloth is a trade name of Clarte Contabilidade LTDA (CNPJ 39.805.787/0001-02), a company registered in Brazil with its registered office at Av. Cel. Colares Moreira, 3 - Sala 710, Jardim Renascença, São Luís - MA, 65075-441, Brazil. We are a remote team and we ship from our international fulfilment partners, which is how we keep our pricing fair and our quality high. Like most high-quality textile products, our cloths are manufactured in China by our trusted production partners.
We are an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller for any other cleaning-product company.
Our promise
Every order is covered by our 30-day return policy. If a KoalaCloth does not do what we say it does, email support@koalaclothco.com and we will make it right.
